ShortKicks

I can’t wait for the Sizdeh Bedar to get here so the league games resume. I want to see who wins the 2005-06 IPL Will it be Esteghlal or Pas?

I think there is a new Iranian football site. At least I hadn’t noticed it before. It is called Iran Football Online. Good stuff in there, and looks like they’ve got a revenue generation plan for it too. Well, that is a hell of a lot better than what we got going here on last kick; a total ROI of zero!

Did you see the Hannover vs. Bremen or Hamburg vs. Dortmund game this week? Man! What a beating! I saw the highlights. Thank goodness Mehdi Mahdavikia was not responsible for any of the four goals Hamburg received.

All you guys, I am talking to Team Melli fans, who keep focusing on Portugal and Mexico in Group D; Yes you! Don’t take Angola lightly. They’ve got a bunch of good European trained players.

I’ve got a question for you fans; what is your favorite league; IPL not counting of course?! :)

Would you care about the WAFF Championship right after the World Cup? Even a football freak like me won’t! There is so much football you can watch in one summer.

I write this weekly report for goal.com called Asians In Europe. Every week I get some heat from Aussie football fans who want me to include Aussies in my report! Besides the fact that I am too lazy to write about another couple of dozens of players in my report, I don’t think they are Asians. What do you think?
