This is only a rumor at this point, but it appears that Iranian Football Federation has arranged for an Iran-Cape Verde friendly in Switzerland on May 30th.
A Cape Verde selection makes sense because of the similarities of their football with that of Angola.
What makes it even more interesting is that Portugal will also play a friendly with Cape Verde in May. This will certainly be a good measuring stick for both countries.
